Our second visit to "The Elm" and it felt like coming home !!!
Fantastic weather helped us make the most of the true south facing
pool complete with glorious sunsets, just stunning !! Really
couldn't find a fault with the Villa, it's equipment or indeed the
local management company and as per our previous booking Gary & Anne
were fanastic to deal with from booking to heading home, always
thinking of the little things that make all the difference. A lovely
feeling to arrive on holiday after a long flight to find a fully lit
Christmas Tree, just wonderful. The Elm is in a great position to
get to all the Theme Parks with Disney being 10 mins door to
maingate, as well as being only a couple of mins from the I4.
Surrounded by Supermarkets (Publix, Target and Walmart) as well as
great Restuarants such as Outback, Carrabas, Chillis and Longhorns
to name a few, along with the Miller Orlando Ale House opposite
Target on the 192 for those Sports fans who enjoy a beer. We truly
hope to be able to visit again as soon as we can, in the meantime we
will be strongly recommending to all our friends and family. Thanks

My second visit to The Elm, the first one being the first year it
was built! I found
the place to be almost exactly like it was then, it
has been very well maintained and looked after over that period. The
Villa itself was immaculately clean and the surrounding area itself
is still very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those days when you
want to just relax by the pool. Everything you could possibly want
is just so close, Universal, Seaworld, Disney all within a 20-25
minute drive down the I-4. Two huge supermarkets just a 5 minute
drive away, and if you don't fancy cooking then there is a massive
selection of places to eat, too many to mention! Honestly cannot
fault The Elm at all, and already planning to come back for a third
time. |

We've just returned from two fantastic weeks at 'The Elm'. It's
located in a very quiet neighbourhood, which is ideal after those
busy days at the theme parks! The villa was very clean and in
excellent condition. The facilities there are brilliant, from the
south facing pool, to the PS3 a particular favourite of out teenage
son and my favourite the full size pool table. All the theme parks
are only a 15/20 mins drive and the supermarkets and restaurants are
only 10 mins drive. We cannot recommend this villa high enough!

Dear Gary & Anne Just a few words to let you know what a
fantastic holiday we've had, made even more special by staying at
your villa. We were little unsure about staying in a villa but we
shouldn't have been, it really made our holiday. The directions to
the villa were spot on and we had no problems at at all finding it.
The space was great, having a 13 & 17yr old we all need our own
space which was welcomed with 2 teenagers!!. The Villa its self was
lovely and well equipped with all you need and more. The pool was
great just to chill by and have a cool down, having the laundry room
was a bonus it wasn't a chore to do some washing and I only went
home with a few dirty clothes which was great. I think one of my
best memories will be the morning after we arrived opening the blinds
and seeing 6 or 8 hot air balloons taking to the sky, it was a
breath taking moment. The service which we received from Gary and
Anne was second to none and all our questions answered. We will

We stayed in this lovely villa for 6 nights at the beginning of
August 2011. The information and details given to us by Gary and
Anne were second to none. We arrived very late one night and found
the villa easily from the directions. The villa is beautiful and was
perfect for us. The two children loved having their own rooms, and
of course the pool. Everything was clean and in superb condition.
The locality was an excellent one. We would not hesitate in
recommending the villa and will do so avidly! It is the only
property we will consider staying in on future visits to Orlando. |

Fantastic house in an excellent location, perfect for a family
holiday. This house is located on a quiet estate close to all
amenities and close enough to attractions without being too close.
Shops and restaurants are all within 5/10 mins drive, Theme Parks
are about 20 mins drive and the Gulf or Atlantic beaches can be
reached in about 2 hours. Attractions are many, from theme parks,
beaches, baseball (at Tampa)etc The house is well furnished with
plenty of space, a pool and even table football and a pool table in
the garage. Fantastic fun for all and plenty to keep the kids
amused. All in all a perfect place for a family holiday |

Like many people we have been to Orlando and Tuscan Ridge a number
of times so expected a great villa and were not disappointed. What
made The Elm the best place we have stayed in was the service from
Gary & Anne and the personal touch from the management company which
just took all the 'usual' worry out of the equation. In short, super

We can honestly say we were well cared for from booking to
returning home by Gary. The villa was amazing, fully equipped with
everything you could wish for. Children were fighting over the
bedrooms before we even got there (we made a deal to swap so they
got a week each to keep them quiet!!) A lovely quiet area yet not
far from the parks and the pool was a welcome return after a busy
day at the parks. The kids loved the snooker and football table and
Mummy loved the space for peace and quiet!!! I would highly
recommend this villa for anyone looking for a lovely, spacious 'home
from home'. Thanks Gary for everything. |

This villa is lovely and the pool is the icing on the cake. It's
a home from home and is in a quiet area around 20 minutes to the
nearest park and will be close to the new Legoland later this year!

Our 2nd visit to Florida & our 2nd time staying at "The Elm" -
our last was 7 years ago & the house has been well looked after as
it was as clean, comfortable, well maintained & with the addition of
things like the pool table even better equipped. This house was
perfect for our family with 3 teenagers as it is so spacious - it
really is like home from home with all the extras Gary & Anne
provide - 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of towels (inc pool
towels), laundry room (I didn't return with 5 cases of washing!)
wireless internet connection, playstation with games, hairdryers,
air con, ice dispenser, the list is endless but it all made for
another fabulous holiday and when you return home from a long day at
the parks to a cold drink and then straight in the pool it's the
best! We love the quiet area that The Elm is set in & had a couple
of days lazing by the pool as it gets the sun all day but you're not
far from all the action as it's about a 15 minute drive to Disney &
30 minutes to Universal/Seaworld/Aquatica which is all off the
Intersate 4 & Publix/Walmart were on route to top up on grocerys. We
didn't want to come home but have returned with wonderful memories
of another very special vacation spent in Florida and The Elm. Thank
you Gary & Anne, we will keep in touch & return again one day! |

Recommended! This was our second stay at The Elm, this time with
baby, and again we had a fantastic holiday helped by everything
being taken care of from start to finish by attentive owners, the
villa being in tip top condition and the fantastic weather - sunny
80'+ and no rain for two weeks. Everything was extremely clean upon
arrival and the pool heaters worked great - spa warmed up very
quickly with powerful jets, really was just what we needed after
slugging it round busy parks. Pool area seems to get sun for most of
the day and is set on set higher ground meaning you also get a nice
cooling breeze. The pool table plays true and like new and saw
plenty of action and we also found that the PS3 works with UK PS3
games. Air con also worked fine which was another weight off mind.
The villa is spacious and well equipped and can easily accommodate
larger family groups. Villa in very handy location - very quiet area
yet not too far away from the main attractions, Disney approx 25
mins away and that's on busy roads. Parks were busy but managed to
do what we wanted and used baby swap to our advantage. Also
recommend use of single rider at Harry Potter - save yourself 90 min
queue. Had some nice takeaways in - Chinese far better than anything
else we experienced at Bamboo Wok up the road at Sand Mine Rd
complex, also there is Applebees which we gave a try for first time
(as every time passed car park full) and good food and 2 4 1 drinks.
Needless to say we will be coming back to The Elm again. Thanks to

We actually stayed March 2011, it was arranged at short notice
and was our first experience of a villa. Many previous holidays in
USA but had always stayed in hotels. Villa was great, extremely well
equipped and the pool and spa were lovely. Gary and Anne are
extremely efficient and friendly and nothing seems to be too much
trouble. Such a good experience that we will probably do it again

We've been lucky enough to holiday in Florida a number of times,
The Elm is one of the nicest, well appointed villa's we have stayed
in. Offering a "true" south facing pool, even on the cold days we
enjoyed the sun and the superb sunset's. Driving to Disney took 10
mins door to maingate with access to I4 very close. All directions
and initial information provided were fantastic and ensured that
everything went smoothly. We will be booking for 2011 and we are

This was our third visit to Florida and our favourite house yet.
Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy on arrival, the house was
very well equipped with TV's, DVD players, Stereo and even an Xbox/Playstation.
The pool/spa was fantastic, particularly after a long day doing the
parks. It's very well situated for the parks with plenty of
supermarkets/restaurants nearby, although the house itself is in a
very nice, quiet area. We'll definitely recommend The Elm to anyone
looking to go to Florida and we will definitely stay again in the
future. |

First time staying in a villa. Couldn't have wished for anything
better! Facilities and location excellent. The boys loved the
swimming pool, pool toys, games room, and not forgetting the TV in

Arrived at the villa to find it very well equipped and extremely
well maintained. Always a worry booking on the web and not seeing a
villa prior to booking but we were very pleased indeed. The pool was
very welcoming on the days we relaxed a bit and also in the evening
after the parks. The location is great with access to the i-4
minutes away providing access to all parks and downtown areas.
Management company very helpful, providing assistance with every
query we had. The Elm really made the holiday for us and if we ever
decide to return to Florida booking the Elm will be a must. |

Our experience in The Elm when we spent a week in August was
memorable. When we arrived at the villa everything we needed was
available including kitchen utensils, extra sheets, extra
towels,...etc And the villa was extremely well-maintained and clean,
the management staff were also very helpful. We loved the pool and
all the water toys that were available!! Ultimately, our experience
was unforgettable and we will definitely repeat it if we went to

This was our second visit to the Villa, and this gave us peace of
mind as we knew everything we needed for a comfortable stay was
going to be there, We arrived at the Villa after a long journey and
was delighted to walk in and settled down quickly in the homely

after a busy day at the parks, and many times we heard ourselves
say, we are home, the spa was a treat to sooth the muscles and

Very last minute booking.....handled very well though, very
organised and informative with all aspects of booking... The villa
itself was fantastic, great location just off US27, 15 mins from
Disney but also just in the right place to venture to Busch gardens,
only took us 45 mins door to door..(prob just my driving lol). Near
to restaurants and the fab Walmart for all your holiday food items
and cheaper gifts to bring home. The villa was both comfortable and
well equipped in fact everything and more that you could need for a
fantastic Florida holiday. The villa management people were also
very friendly always good to know incase of problems. In summary
great villa, fab location and Gary and Anne were very good at
providing all relevant information and more.....we would def book

An excellent villa with superb facilities. This villa is ideally
situated in a quiet area of US 27 with only a 20 minute drive to the
Disney parks areas. The villa management company were great, on hand
to deal with any problems that arose during our stay. The pool and
spa tub was a great way to unwind after a day at the parks and this
villa has a good deal of privacy situated on slightly higher ground.

We had a terrific holiday with glorious weather in a faultless
villa. The Elm was superb with every conceivable convenience. All
contact with Gary prior to and during our stay was spot on - he
couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect and then of
course he stepped up to the plate when we needed to extend our stay
somewhat because of the Icelandic Volcano. We've holidayed in
Florida twice before and this is without doubt the best villa we've
ever had - it really is no more than 12 minutes from the Disney
parks - the road system is terrific and driving stress free. If you
can't decide on a villa for your holiday - take our advice and use
The Elm - we are hard to please Scots and we were delighted! |

We arrived back yesterday after a fantastic time at your villa
.We have stayed in many villas before but yours certainly had a
homely feel and made for a very relaxing two weeks which was just
what we needed. We all loved the hot tub and spent many happy
hours in it. My son and fiancée came with us and enjoyed it so
much they may be looking at booking it again next year for their
honeymoon as the location was ideal. Hope we left everything ok.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Florida.

luxurious. No more hotels for us after a stay in a villa. The
weather could have been better but Florida was having a cold spell!
We loved having our own pool and spa to relax in!! and played many
games on the football table. We will definitely return in the

Back home
in chilly Leicestershire now; exhausted but happy. We reluctantly
left The Elm at midday Friday, having had a relaxing morning in the
pool, rounding off a wonderful fortnight at Tuscan Ridge. As this
was our first visit to Florida (or even the US) we filled the time
with visits to all the parks. As a result we didn't spend as much
time during the day relaxing at the villa as we'd have liked, but we
thoroughly enjoyed all our time there. We're already promising
ourselves a more relaxing return visit! The weather was glorious
throughout our stay. Daytime temperatures were 88/89f every day, and
apart from the first couple of coolish evenings, the temperature at
night didn't get below 80! The villa remained beautifully cool. We
really enjoyed the pool & spa, also the pool table & football game
in the games room. On arrival, the villa was a delight to see. Rose
was particularly taken with the swan/heart towel arrangement on our
bed. We hope we left the villa as clean & tidy as we found it,
though we couldn't repeat the swan motif! Anyway many thanks for the
use of your lovely house for the fortnight. We really do hope we get

The "Elm" exceeded our expectations in all areas, the location
was ideal, very close to main I-4 highway, as well as shops,
amenities etc. Only a short drive to the main parks in Orlando and
still close enough to travel further afield without it being too
much of a journey, e.g. Daytona Beach is only an hour and a half
away and likewise Clearwater similar times. The villa was very
well kept and has little "extras" that were a nice touch, like
some pool toys, pool and football table in garage, washing line in
garage for drying clothes(as we didnt want to use the dryer too
much) Our son loved the playstation, all that aside the villa is
very luxurious and we felt really good every time we came home to
it, the air conditioning was that quiet that I believed it was not
working and contacted the management company who set my mind at
rest on that, we will definitely be returning here again and next
time will spend more time relaxing around the pool as we've done
all the parks etc twice over now. A couple of thing to add that
you MUST do are; Visit the beach at "Siesta Key" in Sarasota on
the gulf coast and see the sunset there, and take a air boat ride
with "Wild Willy" in St Cloud, and go To "old Town Kissimmee" on a
Thursday night to see "bikenight" loads of motorbikes of all
styles congregate there to show off their machines, and for car
enthusiasts there is one on a Saturday for cars. To finish off I
cannot recommend this place enough and anyone visiting shall not
be disappointed.

On arrival WOW! was the comment from us all as we entered the
villa,The Elm is beautiful and spotlessly clean and everything
thought of for a great stay,We arrived quite late but the fab pool
had to be tested.The jacuzzi was superb to relax in with a drink
(after a hard day in the parks).Could not fault the place,it was
close to local shops,10-15mins to Disney what more could you want?

Once bitten by the villa bug there's no going back. Tuscan
Ridge made our second stay in Florida one of the best holidays
we've ever had. Gary and Anne were extremely helpful on the
organisational front and all the correspondence we had was
detailed and useful. The Elm was beautifully presented and
immaculate on our arrival. The villa was fully equipped with
everything we required and our private pool held a beautiful view.
One of funniest moments we had was trying to figure out how to
turn the pool alarm off at 1:00-am in the morning when we arrived!
The children spent mornings in the pool which they loved and this
gave us an opportunity to read. The laundry room was fantastic! It
was the first time we went home after a holiday with clean
clothes! The children loved the games room and their daily pool
challenges. For our teenagers internet access in the villa meant
that they could keep in touch with friends through Facebook.We
would highly recommend a stay at the villa and will definitely
return.

Hi Gary, We made it here with no problem and LOVE,
LOVE, LOVE LOVE the place. I can't thank you enough for
renting it to me. I was so afraid it was going to be some
kind of scam and we were going to drive up to a corn field
with a palm tree for shade--or I guess out here it would be
a marsh with a palm tree .
It is 100 times more than I ever imagined I would ever be
able to stay in on a vacation or anything else for that
matter. The place is beautiful and left me speechless when
we walked in. Thank you, thank-you, Thank-you!!!
Every day has been busy from early morning till 9-10pm
and then a dip in the pool. It seems so cool to say that--a
dip in the pool. Everyone back home is green with envy now
that I have emailed them all telling them how awesome this
place is and how much fun we are all having. That is
probably why you haven't been able to get hold of us.
Some one already asked me if you rent if by the month in
the winter and if there is anyway I can swing coming here
again next year I sure am.
Guess I will join the boys in the pool for a bit before
turning in for the night.

The most amazing holiday ever. Nothing was too much trouble for
Gary on the organisational front. On arrival at the villa we were
overwhelmed by the cleanliness and the size of the house.The pool
is lovely and the jacuzzi an added bonus, I did notice not all
villas had the luxury of a jacuzzi, what a fantastic idea, perfect
for my glass of champagne, but maybe not with a 10 year old!! You
had everything you needed in the villa, Publix supermarket just
down the road for all your needs and go to Chijis for a meal, it's
really nice.... Would I stay again, like a shot, thank you Gary
and Anne for giving us the most perfect holiday. Sue, Gary and

Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.
This is our 2nd stay at 'The Elm' and we just love the home from
home feeling. You have everything there that we need to make our
stay pleasurable. A great addition since our last visit - a pool
table! It was good fun to play and chill after a tiring day at the
theme parks. My husband Gordon especially loved it and I would
often hear him practicing first thing in the morning! Also of
course - the swimming pool and jacuzzi - what a delight! We had
lovely weather - it only rained a couple of days before we left.
Apparently warmer than usual for this time of year, but definitely
much better weather than back home in Scotland! What a culture
shock when we arrived back in the UK - windy, raining and very
cold! We were thrilled when at around 7am one morning we heard hot
air balloons passing over your villa! Our camcorder and camera
were in full action. It was a sight to see. Thank you Gary and
Anne for all your help. Here's to our next visit to your villa!

We had a great holiday... with
fantastic weather, no rain at all and beautiful sunshine
practically every day. Played 17 days of golf, witnessed the
space shuttle take off, the air balloons a few mornings and many
more things. We had to leave one day earlier because I have
an important meeting on Monday. We were very pleased with the
house and have no negative comments whatsoever. Everything was
exactly as described. Katherine was very kind and friendly to

to have been out quite a bit as the weather was so lovely. At any

We had a lovely stay at
the villa ,spotlessly clean and everything thought of. Our only
disappointment were the cold days and nights at the end Jan./Feb the
pool didn't warm up until two days before we left. We stayed here
for 8 days as part of our month long stay in Florida and we really
would recommend the villa. Thank you for all your hard work and

What a fabulous holiday!
Thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Everything was just
absolutely perfect and we longed for nothing else. The Villa was
very well equipped with everything we could have possibly imagined.
We were childless for the first time ever and just enjoyed the
peaceful setting around the pool and hot tub area and the all day
sunshine. We would definitely recommend the Elm to our friends and
we plan to return with our kids in the future. |
