HAVING VISITED FLORIDA FIVE TIMES, THIS WITHOUT DOUBT IS ONE OF THE
CLEANEST AND BEST KEPT VILLAS WE HAVE USED. THE LOCATION IS EASY TO
FIND JUST OFF US27 HIGHWAY AND IS JUST A SHORT DRIVE FROM THEME
PARKS. ALSO THERE ARE WALMART AND PUBLIX SUPERMARKETS WELL WITHIN
REACH. THE KIDS THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE POOL TABLE AND CONSOLE. POOL
WAS VERY WELCOMING AFTER HOT DAY AT THEME PARKS AND BEACHES. AIR
CONDITIONING WAS VERY QUIET, PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. WOULD
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS VILLA TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND HOPEFULLY
WE WILL RETURN. |

This was our second visit to the Villa, and this gave us peace of
mind as we knew everything we needed for a comfortable stay was
going to be there, We arrived at the Villa after a long journey and
was delighted to walk in and settled down quickly in the homely
comfort of the villa. It was always good to come back to the Villa
after a busy day at the parks, and many times we heard ourselves
say, we are home, the spa was a treat to sooth the muscles and
prepare for the next day. The Elms website was of great value, and
the wireless access was excellent for keeping in touch with everyone
at home. We would have no hesitation staying at The Elm on our next
visit to Florida Thanks to Gary and Anne for everything we needed on
our family holiday. |

Very last minute booking.....handled very well though, very
organised and informative with all aspects of booking... The villa
itself was fantastic, great location just off US27, 15 mins from
Disney but also just in the right place to venture to Busch gardens,
only took us 45 mins door to door..(prob just my driving lol). Near
to restaurants and the fab Walmart for all your holiday food items
and cheaper gifts to bring home. The villa was both comfortable and
well equipped in fact everything and more that you could need for a
fantastic Florida holiday. The villa management people were also
very friendly always good to know incase of problems. In summary
great villa, fab location and Gary and Anne were very good at
providing all relevant information and more.....we would def book

An excellent villa with superb facilities. This villa is ideally
situated in a quiet area of US 27 with only a 20 minute drive to the
Disney parks areas. The villa management company were great, on hand
to deal with any problems that arose during our stay. The pool and
spa tub was a great way to unwind after a day at the parks and this
villa has a good deal of privacy situated on slightly higher ground.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and rate this property highly. Many

We have just returned from a fantastic time in Orlando. This is
our third visit to Orlando and our second time at The Elm. Making
the right choice of house to rent really does make a difference and
we shall be going back to Tuscan Ridge the next time we go to
Orlando! The Elm has everything you can want from a holiday home and
is placed perfectly for all attractions and amenities. |

We had a terrific holiday with glorious weather in a faultless
villa. The Elm was superb with every conceivable convenience. All
contact with Gary prior to and during our stay was spot on - he
couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect and then of
course he stepped up to the plate when we needed to extend our stay
somewhat because of the Icelandic Volcano. We've holidayed in
Florida twice before and this is without doubt the best villa we've
ever had - it really is no more than 12 minutes from the Disney
parks - the road system is terrific and driving stress free. If you
can't decide on a villa for your holiday - take our advice and use
The Elm - we are hard to please Scots and we were delighted! |

We arrived back yesterday after a fantastic time at your villa
.We have stayed in many villas before but yours certainly had a
homely feel and made for a very relaxing two weeks which was just
what we needed. We all loved the hot tub and spent many happy
hours in it. My son and fiancée came with us and enjoyed it so
much they may be looking at booking it again next year for their
honeymoon as the location was ideal. Hope we left everything ok.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Florida.
Staying at the "Elm" was like being home from home only more
luxurious. No more hotels for us after a stay in a villa. The
weather could have been better but Florida was having a cold spell!
We loved having our own pool and spa to relax in!! and played many
games on the football table. We will definitely return in the
future. Gary was so helpful with everything before we left. What a
brilliant week. |

Back home
in chilly Leicestershire now; exhausted but happy. We reluctantly
left The Elm at midday Friday, having had a relaxing morning in the
pool, rounding off a wonderful fortnight at Tuscan Ridge. As this
was our first visit to Florida (or even the US) we filled the time
with visits to all the parks. As a result we didn't spend as much
time during the day relaxing at the villa as we'd have liked, but we
thoroughly enjoyed all our time there. We're already promising
ourselves a more relaxing return visit! The weather was glorious
throughout our stay. Daytime temperatures were 88/89f every day, and
apart from the first couple of coolish evenings, the temperature at
night didn't get below 80! The villa remained beautifully cool. We
really enjoyed the pool & spa, also the pool table & football game
in the games room. On arrival, the villa was a delight to see. Rose
was particularly taken with the swan/heart towel arrangement on our
bed. We hope we left the villa as clean & tidy as we found it,
though we couldn't repeat the swan motif! Anyway many thanks for the
use of your lovely house for the fortnight. We really do hope we get

The "Elm" exceeded our expectations in all areas, the location
was ideal, very close to main I-4 highway, as well as shops,
amenities etc. Only a short drive to the main parks in Orlando and
still close enough to travel further afield without it being too
much of a journey, e.g. Daytona Beach is only an hour and a half
away and likewise Clearwater similar times. The villa was very
well kept and has little "extras" that were a nice touch, like
some pool toys, pool and football table in garage, washing line in
garage for drying clothes(as we didnt want to use the dryer too
much) Our son loved the playstation, all that aside the villa is
very luxurious and we felt really good every time we came home to
it, the air conditioning was that quiet that I believed it was not
working and contacted the management company who set my mind at
rest on that, we will definitely be returning here again and next
time will spend more time relaxing around the pool as we've done
all the parks etc twice over now. A couple of thing to add that
you MUST do are; Visit the beach at "Siesta Key" in Sarasota on
the gulf coast and see the sunset there, and take a air boat ride
with "Wild Willy" in St Cloud, and go To "old Town Kissimmee" on a
Thursday night to see "bikenight" loads of motorbikes of all
styles congregate there to show off their machines, and for car
enthusiasts there is one on a Saturday for cars. To finish off I
cannot recommend this place enough and anyone visiting shall not
be disappointed.

On arrival WOW! was the comment from us all as we entered the
villa,The Elm is beautiful and spotlessly clean and everything
thought of for a great stay,We arrived quite late but the fab pool
had to be tested.The jacuzzi was superb to relax in with a drink
(after a hard day in the parks).Could not fault the place,it was
close to local shops,10-15mins to Disney what more could you want?
We had a brilliant holiday in your villa ,would recommend anyone
to stay at The Elm. Will be looking to use it again in the

Once bitten by the villa bug there's no going back. Tuscan
Ridge made our second stay in Florida one of the best holidays
we've ever had. Gary and Anne were extremely helpful on the
organisational front and all the correspondence we had was
detailed and useful. The Elm was beautifully presented and
immaculate on our arrival. The villa was fully equipped with
everything we required and our private pool held a beautiful view.
One of funniest moments we had was trying to figure out how to
turn the pool alarm off at 1:00-am in the morning when we arrived!
The children spent mornings in the pool which they loved and this
gave us an opportunity to read. The laundry room was fantastic! It
was the first time we went home after a holiday with clean
clothes! The children loved the games room and their daily pool
challenges. For our teenagers internet access in the villa meant
that they could keep in touch with friends through Facebook.We
would highly recommend a stay at the villa and will definitely
return.

Hi Gary, We made it here with no problem and LOVE,
LOVE, LOVE LOVE the place. I can't thank you enough for
renting it to me. I was so afraid it was going to be some
kind of scam and we were going to drive up to a corn field
with a palm tree for shade--or I guess out here it would be
a marsh with a palm tree .
It is 100 times more than I ever imagined I would ever be
able to stay in on a vacation or anything else for that
matter. The place is beautiful and left me speechless when
we walked in. Thank you, thank-you, Thank-you!!!
Every day has been busy from early morning till 9-10pm
and then a dip in the pool. It seems so cool to say that--a
dip in the pool. Everyone back home is green with envy now
that I have emailed them all telling them how awesome this
place is and how much fun we are all having. That is
probably why you haven't been able to get hold of us.
Some one already asked me if you rent if by the month in
the winter and if there is anyway I can swing coming here
again next year I sure am.
Guess I will join the boys in the pool for a bit before
turning in for the night.
Hope you are having a great week also and thanks again
for renting this awesome place to me, my son and grandson.

The most amazing holiday ever. Nothing was too much trouble for
Gary on the organisational front. On arrival at the villa we were
overwhelmed by the cleanliness and the size of the house.The pool
is lovely and the jacuzzi an added bonus, I did notice not all
villas had the luxury of a jacuzzi, what a fantastic idea, perfect
for my glass of champagne, but maybe not with a 10 year old!! You
had everything you needed in the villa, Publix supermarket just
down the road for all your needs and go to Chijis for a meal, it's
really nice.... Would I stay again, like a shot, thank you Gary
and Anne for giving us the most perfect holiday. Sue, Gary and

Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.
This is our 2nd stay at 'The Elm' and we just love the home from
home feeling. You have everything there that we need to make our
stay pleasurable. A great addition since our last visit - a pool
table! It was good fun to play and chill after a tiring day at the
theme parks. My husband Gordon especially loved it and I would
often hear him practicing first thing in the morning! Also of
course - the swimming pool and jacuzzi - what a delight! We had
lovely weather - it only rained a couple of days before we left.
Apparently warmer than usual for this time of year, but definitely
much better weather than back home in Scotland! What a culture
shock when we arrived back in the UK - windy, raining and very
cold! We were thrilled when at around 7am one morning we heard hot
air balloons passing over your villa! Our camcorder and camera
were in full action. It was a sight to see. Thank you Gary and
Anne for all your help. Here's to our next visit to your villa!

We had a great holiday... with
fantastic weather, no rain at all and beautiful sunshine
practically every day. Played 17 days of golf, witnessed the
space shuttle take off, the air balloons a few mornings and many
more things. We had to leave one day earlier because I have
an important meeting on Monday. We were very pleased with the
house and have no negative comments whatsoever. Everything was
exactly as described. Katherine was very kind and friendly to
us. We will certainly recommend your home to friends. Thank you

Hello Gary and Anne, We arrived home a short while ago and wanted
to thank you very much for allowing us the use of your beautiful
villa. We did receive a nice message from you on the phone
answering machine and were sorry we missed your call. We seemed
to have been out quite a bit as the weather was so lovely. At any
rate, everything was great at your villa. You are very organized
and have everything written out so we didn't have any questions at
all. The accommodations were marvelous and my daughter Michaela
(10 years old) curled up on one of your comfy couches and wrote
all about her vacation in your guest book. We certainly will

We had a lovely stay at
the villa ,spotlessly clean and everything thought of. Our only
disappointment were the cold days and nights at the end Jan./Feb the
pool didn't warm up until two days before we left. We stayed here
for 8 days as part of our month long stay in Florida and we really
would recommend the villa. Thank you for all your hard work and

What a fabulous holiday!
Thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Everything was just
absolutely perfect and we longed for nothing else. The Villa was
very well equipped with everything we could have possibly imagined.
We were childless for the first time ever and just enjoyed the
peaceful setting around the pool and hot tub area and the all day
sunshine. We would definitely recommend the Elm to our friends and
we plan to return with our kids in the future. |
