The Pool - The Elm on Tuscan Ridge

	The Pool The beautiful south facing pool. As you can see, you are not overlooked from behind. We have even added an extra 16 inch kick-plate at the base of the pool screen for a little more privacy
	Sitting here, watching the sun go down, sipping a cocktail is something you must experience!

	This picture was taken in November at 4:00 in the afternoon. You can quite clearly see the importance of a south facing pool at this time of the year! In the peak summer season - June, July, August, September - the covered lanai area with the ceiling fan is a welcome retreat from the sun. This area gives you that welcome shade as the sun is directly above at that time of year.





	No chance of people watching you from the villas behind when you take that nice cool swim or relaxing dip in the spa!





	There are 3 steps leading into the pool at the shallow end(3ft) and then a gradual slope down to the deep end(5ft). The welcome shade of the Lanai area when you don't want to be in the sun all the time.
