Booking Conditions
A deposit of
£100/$160/€150 per week is required to secure your booking and should be
enclosed when returning the Booking Form.
Your booking confirmation will be sent to you, together with an invoice
for the balance. The balance of your rental will become payable 10 weeks
before departure. If payment is not received on or before this date,
we reserve the right to cancel your booking with loss of deposit or, at
our discretion, charge an
administration fee
for the continuation of the booking.
If a booking is
made less than 10 weeks before departure, the full amount is payable at
the time of booking. We accept payment in Sterling or US Dollar cheques.
We also accept major credit cards via PayPal.
- Security Deposit
A security deposit is required to cover any damage, breakage, excessive
use of utilities or leaving the villa in a condition that warrants extra
cleaning. A payment of £100/$160/€150
per week will be added to the final
balance. Payment will be fully refunded within 4 weeks, subject to confirmation by our Management
Company that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on
your arrival. Any reported problems of the conditions stated will be made
good from the security deposit together with an administration charge. If
any loss or damage is in excess of the deposit, an account will be sent to
the correspondence address and will be due for immediate settlement.
- Use of the Villa
Only those persons named when booking are allowed to use the villa and
its facilities (a requirement of Florida State Law). No all-male OR
all-female parties will be accepted and pets are NOT permitted. Guests
should also be advised that there is strictly NO SMOKING in the villa.
The security deposit
is non-refundable should there be any detection of smoking in the villa.
All rentals are inclusive of electricity, gas, water and local sales
taxes. There is an additional charge for Pool/Spa heating should it be
required. Telephone facilities are available in the Villa, with local
calls being free of charge. Pre-paid phone cards are advised for long
distance or international calls. A DSL/Broadband
Internet connection is provided for guests use. Please note that this
service is provided FREE to guests. The owners will use their best
endeavours to ensure that the service is available for use, but cannot be
held responsible for any failures, or non-availability of communication
lines, hardware or software. Signing of our booking form is a contract
between your party and us and within the terms of this contract you agree
not to download or save any pornographic, offensive, obscene or illegal
material.
- Safety
Use of the pool and/or spa is at your own risk. No diving is permitted
and guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children
to use the pool/spa areas at any time. The owners or their agents cannot
be held responsible for any damage, loss, personal accident or injury and
therefore advise all guests to take out full holiday insurance.
- Liability limitations
The owners or their agents will not be held responsible for loss or
delay beyond our control, however caused i.e. Strikes, riots, fire, flood,
transport problems, weather conditions or any other event. (This list is
neither exclusive or exhaustive).
- Arrival/Departure
The rental commences at 16:00(4pm) on the day of arrival and ceases at
10:00(10am) on the day of departure. The property will be cleaned before
your arrival and again on your departure. Should further cleans be
required during your stay, please contact the Management Company
directly, there will be a charge for this service.
- Cancellation
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by
the person who made the booking. We will gladly provide proof of payment
of a booking for the purpose of an insurance claim. Any changes to a
booking once the form has been received will incur a £25/$40/€40
admin charge.
We strongly recommend that you ensure you have
adequate Travel Insurance to cover eventualities such as cancellation,
accident, sickness and damage.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your
booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to find
suitable alternative accommodation for you. Should you choose not to take
the offered accommodation, we will refund only the monies paid for your
booking. No other compensation will be paid.
In the event that you cancel your booking, the following charges
